8. What if I buy the Printer or Multifunction model from an online bidding company?

No, you will not be eligible for the Cashback.

9. What if I buy the Printer or Multifunction model from an auction?

No, you will not be eligible for the Cashback.

10. What if I buy the Printer or Multifunction model from a participating store during a sale?

Yes, you will be eligible to receive the Cashback.

11. Must I pay for the product in full to be eligible?

Yes.

12. What if I've lost my original purchase receipt?

You will need to provide your original purchase receipt to be eligible for the Cashback. This will be returned to you when you receive your Cashback cheque.

13. How many times can I enter and receive the Cashback?

Offer is limited to a maximum of 1 claim per claimant, and 1 claim per household/registered business.

14. How do I claim my Cashback?

Consumers must visit samsung.com.au/promotions and enter their details via the Online Claim Form. They must then print out the official Online Claim Form and attach their original purchase receipt, and send together to Samsung Printer Cashback Promotion, PO Box 1257, Darlinghurst NSW 1300.

15.My Serial Number is not recognised, where can I find it?

Look for an identification plate located on the back of the Samsung Printer or Multifunction itself, not the packaging. The serial number is a series of numbers and letters that commence after Serial No. or S/N. Click here for example

16. What date do I have to complete my online registration by?

You must complete your online registration within 21 days of the purchase date and no later than 17:00 EST 21st February 2010.

17. When does the Promoter need to receive my original purchase receipt by?

Your original purchase receipt needs to be received by the Promoter within 28 days of the purchase date and no later than 17:00 EST 28th February 2010.

18. What if my claim gets lost / delayed in the mail?

Samsung takes no responsibility for lost / delayed entries and it is the claimant's responsibility to ensure that their claim arrives within the time period.

19. How will I receive the Cashback?

By cheque, in Australian Dollars.

20. When will I receive the Cashback?

Within 90 days of confirmation of a valid claim.

21. What happens with my personal information after I claim?

The promoter collects information and can use it at their discretion. It is the claimant's responsibility to opt out if they do not wish for their information to be used.

22. Who will have access to my information?

For the purpose of the promotion agencies, contractors and participating retailers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.

23. Can I claim on behalf of someone else?

No.

24. If I return the product for an exchange or refund will I have to return the Cashback?

Yes.

25. Can I receive cash?

No.

26. Can I receive the Cashback by discount on my sale at the store?

No, as the Cashback is offered via Samsung, not the retailer or reseller.
